What you'll do
  • Generate the transit time of shipments and monitor the performance
  • Support all area functions (Operations, Marketing & Sales, ISP’s etc.) in business process standardization and improvement efforts (support process analysis, process definition, process documentation and implementation)
  • Generate the incident management report and follow up
  • Maintain and control the QMS Manual
  • Responsible for the introduction of QMS to the organization (organize and execute training and ensure training manuals/documents are available)
  • Perform process monitoring and auditing (non-financial audits)
  • Conduct internal operational exception investigations, including:
  • POD/photo verification
  • Transit/transfer record verification
  • Exception case validation and follow-up
  • Take up additional tasks as assigned
  • Provide backup support for other team members when necessary
Qualifications
  • Experience in quality management position in related industry
  • Experience of conducting quality improvement projects on the critical-to-quality issues is a plus
  • Experience in inventory/warehouse/logistics is a plus
  • Excellent Data Analysis ability
