Greenfield is looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our growing team.
Supports the Quality Assurance (QA) Department tomonitorqualityand food safetyactivities andprocessesthat supporttheQuality Management System(QMS) and Food Safety Management System (FSMS)at GGI Brampton while ensuring products manufactured at the facility adhere to approved procedures and specifications.

Your Experience Should Include:
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a quality assurance position.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP, etc.
- Experience with Quality Control instrumentation is an asset.
Job Responsibilities:
- Completes QA document reviews, including, but not limited to, batch records, certificates of analyses, cleaning and maintenance records, calibration records, etc.
- Logs and assists in investigation of quality incidents (deviations, out of specification events, nonconformances, customer complaints, etc.).
- Assists to monitor and maintain supplier documentation.
- Assists the Quality Assurance Department to maintain and implement improvements to the QMS and FSMS.
- Participates in customer, supplier, and regulatory audits, as required.
- Monitors quality processes during the production and packaging of product (on floor presence).
- Monitors the Navision Quality Module and product release process.
- Assists with maintaining QMS documentation.
- Assists with responding to quality-related technical support to packaged customers, as required.
- Assists with validation projects to support laboratory and/or production operations, as required.
- Supports Quality Control Department during vacation/absences/heavy workload, including but not limited to population of production schedule, issuance of production batch records, issuance of product labels, etc.
- Additional projects as assigned.
- Adheres to and fully complies with the Company’s Health and Safety, Environmental, Food Safety, and Quality Procedures. Is responsible for the aspects of the OH&S Management System over which they have control.
- Participates when consulted about H&S matters and reports hazards, if identified. Adheres to and fully complies with the Ontario Health & Safety Act and Workplace Insurance Safety Act.
Total Compensation & Care:
- Base salary dependent on experience and demonstrated performance – $60,000 - $75,000
