Job summary

A leading technology company in Toronto is seeking a seasoned QA Analyst to enhance the quality of their software releases. The successful candidate will have 6–9 years of experience in manual testing and test automation (Selenium/Java). Responsibilities include designing tests, validating builds, and contributing to the overall product quality. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. Responsibilities

  • Work with product owners and developers to understand what needs to be built and tested.
  • Design and run tests that cover new features, regression checks, and overall product quality.
  • Spot issues early, document them clearly, and follow through until they’re resolved.
  • Join sprint discussions to share quality insights.
  • Explore the product beyond scripted tests to uncover unexpected problems.
  • Validate builds with smoke tests and support deployment activities.
  • Keep test documentation organized.
  • Share progress updates, risks, and quality metrics.
  • Suggest improvements to processes.

Job Summary: We’re looking for a seasoned QA Analyst with 6–9 years of experience who can help us deliver software that truly works for our customers. This role is about being the quality champion in the team — making sure every release is reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs. You’ll be the person who spots gaps early, keeps risks under control, and ensures our products earn customer trust.
