Overview

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager - Fibre, the Purchasing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Fibre Projects at Xplore Inc. This position is responsible for creating purchase orders based on requisitions, tracking the delivery and fulfillment of purchase orders, and maintaining accurate material data. The Purchasing Coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes, while maintaining accountability for freight operations and database integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Generate purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
  • Monitor and track the status of purchase orders and associated shipment deliveries.
