Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Purchasing and Inventory Control Worker to join our growing team. This role ensures the efficient and timely acquisition of goods while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment
  • Place purchase orders with approved vendors; negotiate pricing and terms
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and stock levels
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and complete deliveries
  • Foster relationships with vendors to ensure product quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Analyze inventory reports and recommend solutions for potential issues
  • Partner with other departments to forecast inventory needs
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures for improved efficiency
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues as needed
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to guide purchasing decisions
