About the Role
  • Performs day-to-day purchasing of inventory, placing, tracking and receiving orders as per established guidelines
  • Maintains purchasing records, entering stock transfers and adjustments and engages vendors to address shipment errors, returns, and product issues
  • Monitors vendor shipments and receipts to ensure material arrives within the prescribed parameters established; expedites customer orders when required
  • Works with the sales team to forecast project product requirements
  • Manages all inventory functions for the branch
