Qualifications

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
• Two years recent, related public health nursing experience.
• Valid BC Driver’s license.

• Promote and protect the health of all ages and life stages.
• Establishes and maintains interdisciplinary relationships.
• Determine necessary public health nursing interventions.

Skills

Comprehensive knowledge of public health nursing theory, practices and procedures

Ability to provide competent and culturally safe care

Education

Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM
