Qualifications

• PSW certification or diploma is a must.
• Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 1 year).
• 2 Steps of Tuberculosis (TB) Test and Immunizations (up to date).
• Have access to a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care to the client.
• Support client to perform ADL’s including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Assist client in safely ambulating and transferring.
