Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to add to our team, based at our Sudbury terminal. This position is responsible for the daily upkeep of our facility - repairing and improving the building when needed, and ensuring that seasonal tasks such as snow removal, de-icing, and grounds maintenance are completed promptly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility, repair and improve the building when needed.
• Complete seasonal tasks such as snow removal, de-icing, and grounds maintenance in a timely manner.
• Perform light plumbing and operate the snow scraper.
• Move furniture, equipment and supplies as needed.
• Perform daily inspections of the buildings and yard to identify safety hazards.
• Other duties as assigned.
