Responsibilities

• Manage delivery demand by communicating with drivers and brokers.
• Prepare and manage delivery ticket selections and dispatching.
• Review various performance reports and make necessary adjustments.
• Communicate customer service inquiries and take required action.
• Maintain delivery operation tables and assist/train staff.
