On Side Restoration is looking for a Project Supervisor (Water Damage) to join our team! Reporting to the Operations Manager, Project Supervisors oversee branch Water Damage Teams and also work out in the field.

The Project Supervisor is all about leading people, a history of working with water damaged properties and getting work done to keep clients satisfied. Overseeing all water damage personnel, the Project Supervisor must have superior knowledge of water damage restoration and the ability to build great teams and working relationships. The Project Supervisor needs to be highly knowledgeable of all types of restoration and stay up to date on all health and safety standards.

What you Bring to the Team
  • Previous water damage experience and applicable IICRC certification. A combination of experience and education will be evaluated
  • Training abilities and a passion for helping teams get ‘it’ right the first time
  • Strong technical knowledge in specialty drying situations
  • Strong organizational and inventory management abilities
  • Excellent communicator with a natural, authentic rapport
  • Ability to work out in the field with the team
  • Team player, self‑motivated and goal oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines
  • Computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Enhanced critical thinking, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
