Our client has ‘built’ a solid reputation since 2012, starting with custom single-family homes and expanding into multi-family developments such as townhomes, duplexes, multiplexes, and condos. Their ongoing projects span across the Lower Mainland.

About the Opportunity As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multi-family townhome projects, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to coordination and delivery, ensuring they stay on budget. Your leadership will be key to motivating and guiding the project teams, ensuring that every project meets deadlines and exceeds client expectations.

About the Position As a Project Manager, you will take charge of defining project scopes, budgets, and schedules while providing regular updates to relevant management channels. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop and refine internal processes and play a key role in shaping the future of their projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and establish project specifications.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure the project stays within the approved budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and all safety protocols are followed.
  • Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager managing multi-family residential projects, with a focus on trades, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively guide teams and stakeholders.

Compensation:

  • Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
