This position is for a Project Manager, Integration and will be based at our head office in downtown Toronto
Responsibilities
- Confirm that REMS best interests are represented with respect to project contractual and technical issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally while working with stakeholders across multiple business lines to develop and deliver a comprehensive, multidisciplinary integration plan
- Drive adoption and deliver results to ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives
- Report regularly on project status by means of schedule updates, meeting minutes, and other reports
- Chair project meetings, resolve issues, and coordinate between multiple stakeholders
- Maintain contact with VPs, Regional Directors and Property Managers to respond to project definition exercises with support from the VP, National Service
- Control, maintain and update all project related documents, tracking and executive reporting
What you bring
- 7 years property management experience
- Background in Commercial Real Estate strongly preferred
- Demonstrate experience in organizational change and project management to represent the stakeholders on their projects
- Proven experience managing large scale integrations
- Strong knowledge of various types of organizational change projects and project management models
- Effective leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence others and resolve project-related issues
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of scheduling (SmartSheet), word processing and spreadsheet software applications
- Post-secondary degree, PMP designation, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile Certification an asset
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving structure in complex environments
