Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery while managing resources, timelines, and budgets. The Project Manager will be responsible for fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders, driving process improvements, and implementing best practices in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Utilize project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project for tracking progress and managing tasks.
• Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project needs.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective program development and implementation. Ensure quality management practices are followed throughout the project.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in the Construction Industry; Knowledge of glass and aluminum installation is required.
• Post-Secondary education or equivalent. (Various college-level courses in fabricating and/or glazier and Project Management).
• Valid Working at heights training certificate
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, most importantly; Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, legal codes, procedures, executive orders, and agency rules.
• Excellent oral, and written communication skills towards the external and internal customer, vendors, suppliers, and partners.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills. Detail-oriented and able to analyze and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent customer service attitude and phone etiquette.
• Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective operations for the protection of people and property.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• To lead and manage timely installations of curtainwalls, storefronts, window walls, punched/fixed windows, entry systems, automatic doors/operators, interior glazing, glass balustrades, custom residential showers, auto/special heavy equipment, specialty, and custom jobs.
