A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a Labware LIMS Consultant to assess business needs and enhance system efficiency. The role involves configuration, customization, and operation management within a DevOps team. Candidates should have a strong understanding of laboratory workflows and Labware LIMS development. The position offers a salary between $70,000 and $117,000, with a focus on flexible working conditions and a remote work model available for applicants in Canada.
As Labware LIMS consultant professional will assess business needs and system issues and configure, customize, update, and tune Labware LIMS systems system to improve operational efficiency. The position will perform configuration & customization of the system closely working with core team of the squad of DevOps.
Operational Excellence Establishes executes and oversees project's operations (i.e. Submitting Reviewing SOW/ SLA compliance etc.)
Metrics and Reporting Manage the tracking/measurement and progress against established measures and metrics.
Program Governance Establish execute and oversee a project's governance (i.e. stakeholder management communication ceremonies benefits management change management scope management team work environment on-boarding etc.).
Estimation and Planning Establishes executes and oversees project delivery estimation and planning (team resource and timeline through Sprint working with Squad members,
Grow the Business Supports pursuits (and running them as a project) ,as required Collaborates with Cognizant Squad Team to grow the business by identifying and defining business value opportunities for the client Drive for Results Drives optimal business value though scope management change management communication ceremonies acceptance criteria negotiation etc.
Execution Excellence Lead the setup and then the daily running of a project (i.e. task assignment and optimization resource schedules planning logistics tracking issues/risk management running meetings organizing events status reporting adhoc reporting sign-offs etc.)
Client Relationship Management Establishes and builds relationships with client and other stakeholders for the project Managing Teams Leads team by supporting and driving career growth personal/ team development well being diversity and inclusion; provides input to HCM supervisors on performance of all direct reports on a program irrespective of the business unit of the direct report Direct/Indirect Reports : Compliance Responsible for Project Management tool and process compliance (i.e. Delivery Governance Dashboard)
Experience in Project planning scope management budget management and pre-sales; Technical know-how is a must.
The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $117,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
