In this role, you will

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using Azure and VMware technologies to support business needs.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of Windows servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.
• Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Lead initiatives to automate infrastructure processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions.
• Support disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in infrastructure technologies to drive innovation.
• Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

• Possess strong experience in Azure and VMware Administration demonstrating the ability to design and manage complex environments.
• Have a solid background in Windows Administration with expertise in managing server configurations and security.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues effectively.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
