Job Overview

Sarina Homes is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage residential development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, coordination, and on-site supervision while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate all phases of construction, from pre-construction to final handover.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
Coordination & Site Supervision
  • Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Communicate and work closely with On-site management team to ensure adherence to plans, specifications and schedule.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project timelines and cost control.
Stakeholder & Team Management
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, and engineers.
  • Lead project meetings to provide updates, address challenges, and align team goals, including coordination meetings, startup meetings, etc.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
Project Monitoring & Compliance
  • Track project milestones, performance metrics, and budget adherence.
  • Ensure all safety regulations, permits, and building codes are met.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the residential or commercial construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.
