A municipal government in Ontario is seeking a Project Leader for Realty Services to manage real estate projects, negotiate property transactions, and prepare reports for senior management. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in real estate and strong negotiation skills. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and a hybrid working environment.

Lead projects related to the obtainment, management and disposal of property and property rights on behalf of the City. Provide professional consulting services including: negotiate leases, licences, easements and other limited interest agreements on behalf of the City both as landlord and tenant.
Hourly Rate/Salary: $ 49.16 - $ 65.54

Work Location:Civic Centre - 300 City Centre Drive, Mississauga - Hybrid office environment with regular attendance at City Hall as per City policy (onsite presence 3 days a week)
