What You'll Do: * Be a catalyst in utility relocations or installations involving hydro (transmission and distribution), communication, and gas. * Engage with diverse teams to shape holistic project designs that meet stringent standards. * Uphold the integrity of our projects by ensuring compliance with project agreements, third-party utility/municipal standards, and construction specifications. * Contribute in the agile project environment, preparing and delivering accurate submittals swiftly. * Innovate by assessing and recommending upgrades to existing utility systems. * Partake in workshops, driving the future of design and constructability. * Be our eyes on the ground, conducting site inspections and generating comprehensive reports. * Build relationships with clients and third-party utility providers, collaboratively solving project-specific issues. * Champion cost-effective and timely construction project completion, coordinating efforts with contractors. * Assist in streamlining permit application processes for assigned projects. * Shape winning strategies as part of our proposal development team. * Flexibly take on additional duties as needed. Education | Experience: What You'll Bring: * A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field * A Professional Engineer license (P.Eng., Canada) * 5-10 years of applicable experience, ideally on large projects * Proficiency in CADD (ACAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D), geometry software, and the MS Office suite * A thorough understanding of Utility Design Manuals and Guidelines * Stellar written and verbal communication skills * Previous experience supervising small work groups and project tasks is a bonus * Knowledge of permit processes and agency coordination * Experience with project proposals and presentations is a plus Take the next step in your career by joining a company that encourages your ideas, values your contributions, and sees you as more than just an employee.
