Working in a collaborative team-based environment, the Project Coordinator & Process Analyst will support the Budget Process Improvement team during the implementation of the new budget process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working with the Project Manager to coordinate resources and project-related activities
  • Documenting project meetings and activities
  • Supporting the implementation of the new budget process, which can include end-user testing, process documentation, developing process dashboards and training materials
  • Engaging with stakeholders to monitor adoption, gather improvement feedback and overall benefits
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Enrolled in an Industrial Engineering program or equivalent and planning to return to school fall 2026
  • Eager for exposure to best-practice real estate processes and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and Outlook, experience using Power BI would be an asset
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
  • Appreciation and willingness to work within a standard set of parameters
  • Excellent communication skills and initiative that lead to effective solutions in a deadline-driven environment

The base salary for this position is $21.00 hourly.
