Reporting to the Chair of CRSP the Project Co-ordinator oversees the day-to-day activities of the Centre for Research on Security Practices (CRSP) based in the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences on the Brantford campus of Wilfrid Laurier University. The primary role of the Project Co-ordinator is to oversee the management of CRSP projects, identify research priorities and goals, develop and execute implementation plans, and mobilize resources to meet the immediate and long-term goals of CRSP. The Project Co-ordinator is responsible for CRSP communications (such as CRSP quarterly newsletter, research spotlight stories and research summaries), budget management, project timelines and deliverables, event coordination and the successful execution of research activities across various projects undertaken by CRSP members. The incumbent will assist in all phases of research projects from ethics preparations, budget management, data collection and analyses, to report writing, and dissemination.

This is a Full-time, Limited-term opportunity with an anticipated contract length of 1 year. The normal hours per week are 28 hours of work for 4 days between Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
