The Project Administrator supports the successful delivery of key site initiatives by providing comprehensive administrative and coordination services. This role ensures accurate record‑keeping, document control, and compliance tracking across projects. Responsibilities include managing supplier communications, processing CRBs for new vendors and parts, and maintaining up‑to‑date documentation for QMS and regulatory requirements. The Project Administrator also assists with creating manufacturing work instructions in collaboration with engineering, schedules meetings, prepares agendas, records minutes, and follows up on outstanding actions. Additionally, the role supports onboarding processes for new team members and suppliers, ensuring all administrative requirements are met efficiently.
