A dynamic project solutions company in Canada is seeking a Full-Time Project Administrator to assist the Project Manager with customer project coordination. This role requires onsite presence 3 days a week with a hybrid option available after training. Responsibilities include job tracking, coordinating with teams, and maintaining project documentation. Cook Solutions Group (CSG) is looking for a Full-Time Project Administrator to join our Northern California Center. This position will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager through the entire coordination process on customer projects

Location: Fairfield, CA - This position requires the individual to be onsite in office 3 days a week with a hybrid option for 2 days after initial training is completed.

Salary: $25 - $30 hour DOE

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Supports Project Manager through the installation process.
  • Manages initial job activation and tracking.
  • Creates job folders, orders and tracks electrical permits.
  • Coordinates with purchasing and warehouse teams to track parts status.
  • Maintains job status board and provides updates as needed.
  • Supports PM in planning and facilitating weekly installation meeting.
  • Tracks job completions and performs initial job closing reviews.
  • Coordinates necessary change orders with customers, technicians, and the Project Manager.
  • Communicates with customers on job status as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor痴 degree preferred. Two-three years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
