Position: Full-Time Program Manager

Location: Comox/Courtenay, BC

Hours: 40 hours/week, including participation in on‑call rotation

Salary: $75,000 per year

Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Program Manager to lead our Specialized Supportive Housing programs. This is the opportunity to meaningfully impact the lives of our Persons Served while driving excellence in program operations and service delivery.

In this role, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, provide strategic direction, and ensure successful staffing and supports to our Persons Served. You will empower teams with trauma‑informed leadership while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. You will play a key role in crisis support while maintaining strong relationships with Persons Served, their families, and community partners.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of a Diploma in a related human/social services field
  • At least 3 years’ recent related work experience, including 1-year supervisory experience
  • Direct program delivery experience in the community social services sector with a demonstrated working knowledge of community‑based programs and related provincial and community support is preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Clear Criminal Record Check (agency conducted, expenses covered)
  • Valid BC driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and safe driving record
