Our Mid-Market Dealer Service Consultant plays a key role in helping mid-sized dealerships successfully adopt and maximize Texada’s solutions. This role focuses on understanding dealer workflows, guiding best practices, and ensuring a smooth and effective software implementation that delivers measurable value.

Work location and travel
  • Remote, with 25% travel required (customer sites and occasional travel to Mississauga office)
  • Candidates should be authorized to work in the US or Canada without restriction or sponsorship.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or dealership operations, with a strong track record of delivering customer-facing projects
  • Proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or dealership operations
  • Strong knowledge of equipment dealership, rental, or automotive service environments
  • Familiarity with mid-market business processes, including service, rentals, and sales
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements at once
  • Experience with software systems, databases, and data migration
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability to anticipate and resolve implementation challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise platforms a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field is preferred but not required
  • Comfort with AI-powered tools to improve workflow efficiency, reporting, and customer communications

How You Will Contribute
  • Implementation & Enablement: Guide mid-market dealerships through Texada’s onboarding and adoption journey, including discovery, configuration, workflow alignment, UAT, and training
  • Customer Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor, mapping customer processes and aligning them with industry best practices supported by Texada
  • Project Leadership: Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with customer satisfaction at the forefront
  • Optimization & Adoption: Help customers unlock ongoing value from Texada by identifying opportunities for workflow improvements and expanded adoption
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on industry trends, dealership operations, and emerging technologies to continually add value for our customers
