Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Coding and processing all departmental invoices and expense reports
  • Point of contact for any accounts payable issues
  • Reconciling and coding corporate credit card statements
  • Coding and processing timesheets for bi-weekly payroll in a timely manner
  • Maintenance of IBMS cost codes
  • Coding of APSS invoices
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Education in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a computerized Accounts Payable function
  • Experience with IBMS, Ivalua and APSS considered an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail is required
  • Team player who is well organized, proactive and is willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
  • Builds internal and external relationships effectively
  • Proficient with MS Office programs including Excel and Word
  • Ability to deal with a fast paced, hectic and dynamic environment
  • Ability to multi task while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working on tight deadlines
  • Ability to organize, evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
