Overview

CGC Inc. is currently recruiting a Production Supervisor on #3 Board Line for our manufacturing facility in Hagersville, ON! This is a full-time, permanent position working a rotating shift schedule in a continuous operation.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Create a safe and efficient production environment, aligning with CGC’s model programs, safety rules, plant practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Actively coach team members to support progression through the established operator rate & training program
  • Hold team members accountable to good safety, work life, attendance and productivity behaviors
  • Provides technical support and input related to the production line
  • Actively support company values and initiatives around diversity & inclusion, continuous improvement, training & development, etc.
  • Understand that safety is not just a priority, it is what we do.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a desire to work collaboratively
  • Reasonable competency with digital tools
  • Ability to evaluate performance and leverage tools to retain, engage and develop team members
  • A track record of great work performance, attendance, and safety behaviors.
