A manufacturing company in Georgetown, Ontario is seeking a Production Scheduler to oversee demand and supply planning. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting and advanced knowledge of ERP systems. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient production schedules, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and maintaining communication across departments. The position may require some travel and overtime.
The Production Scheduler will be responsible for ensuring best practice(s) in demand planning, inventory planning, production planning and supply planning for all Production Departments. The Production Scheduler is responsible to work in collaboration with the Procurement team, along with the Production Manager(s) and Supervisors to coordinate the activities of production. The Production Scheduler shall ensure that production schedules are created and completed on time, and within budget.
