What you’ll do

The Production Operator plays a vital role in contributing to the production of high-quality livestock feed through the operations of bulk receiving, mixing, pelleting, and shipping activities at Rosenort, MB. This position supports uninterrupted production operations by proactively identifying and resolving issues.

  • Operate production machinery and identify areas to optimize production performance
  • Ensure quality and food safety standards are met
  • Meet or exceed production targets, record data on production orders and activities
  • Execute small maintenance tasks and repair work on production equipment
  • Promote awareness of any unsafe situation and take appropriate action
Who we’re looking for
  • 2 - 3 years of manufacturing experience is an asset
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work in 6 am -2 pm or 2 pm – 10 pm
You’ll also need
  • Ability to lift 25 kgs regularly
  • Ability to focus on details within a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to the elements, noise and dust, and working at heights
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
