Overview

Le Canard Goulu is a solidly established company, working in the food sector for over 25 years. We are currently looking for a production coordinator to make the difference in our factory from both a human and organizational point of view work. The person sought will work in a team with our food production supervisor. She will assist the company in the daily running of the company's production activities, in order to ensure that production and order preparation deadlines are respected at all times, to the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the production team by working in collaboration with the production supervisor;
  • Optimize the work of a team of 10 to 15 employees in food processing;
  • Ensure compliance with procedures, hygiene and safety rules as well as rules health and safety at work;
  • Monitor records;
  • Do pre-op at the slaughterhouse;
  • Coordinate all stages of slaughter;
  • Supervise the cleaning and sanitation of premises and equipment;
  • Participate in production, when necessary;
  • Take inventory of supplies and ingredients in order to place orders;
  • Ensure the rotation of the refrigerator and freezer;
  • Control and optimize production stages at the end of the day;
  • Perform all other related tasks.
