  • Build roadmaps and complete new product launches and enhancements, including changes to features, benefits, and pricing, by coordinating with relevant partners to ensure successful implementation.

  • Assist in implementing deposit portfolio strategies that balance sales, customer experience, risk management, and profitability by using insights and feedback from partners.

  • Partner with Treasury & Finance in supporting portfolio forecasting and product rate setting to achieve growth, retention, and engagement goals, with input from cross-functional teams.

  • Monitor competitive offerings and stay informed about market trends, sharing insights with partners to refine product strategy.

  • Act as a key partner in updating product collateral, such as applications, letters, and forms, ensuring consistency with the overall product vision and strategy.

Driving Growth & Enhancing Retention:

  • Partner with Sales, Growth & Go to Market teams to implement strategies that support new customer acquisition and retention, and foster balance growth.

  • Design and implement effective deposit campaigns to attract and retain customers, boosting deposit balances. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize results.

  • Influence key deposit metrics, including new account acquisition, balance growth and retention, and customer NPS.

  • Track and manage deposit fund flows, including inflows, outflows, attrition, and retention, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners, including Sales, Marketing, Analytics and Reporting, Operations, Finance, Treasury, and Compliance, to collaboratively drive pivotal initiatives and achieve shared objectives.

  • Work with internal and external partners and influence without authority to implement programs that drive portfolio growth and enhance customer experience.

Segmentation and Persona Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation frameworks based on demographics, behaviors, financial needs, and lifecycle stages to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.

  • Conduct persona research and build detailed customer profiles that capture motivations, pain points, and banking habits to guide product design and experience enhancements.

  • Leverage data analytics and market insights to identify emerging trends and segment-specific opportunities within the Canadian personal banking market.

  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, and analytics teams to integrate segmentation and persona insights into campaigns, product positioning, and end-to-end customer journeys.

Process & Business requirements:

  • Develop and implement strategies that streamline existing processes, reduce friction and improve overall service delivery for both advisors and customers.

  • Apply feedback from customers and advisors to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.

  • Stay informed of regulatory changes, assess their impact, and implement necessary adjustments.

  • Collaborate with legal and regulatory compliance teams to conduct regular audits and maintain a strong compliance framework.
