We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead our Clinical Solutions segment within the Healthcare RTLS portfolio. This role will own the roadmap and delivery of solutions that directly impact clinical staff safety and workflow optimization across healthcare environments.
As a Product Manager, you will engage with business and engineering teams to plan, investigate and launch new products, improvement initiatives and product releases. You will leverage your exceptional organizational and communication skills to balance workloads and expectations, while also using your analytical skills to synthesize product usage trends and identify opportunities to improve the users’ experience.
In this role you will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value to healthcare providers. This includes managing the lifecycle of various products with a focus on innovation, customer outcomes, and competitive differentiation.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range does not account for geographic differentials based on the location where the position may be filled. At HID, it is uncommon for individuals to be hired near the top of the range. Final compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.
The base salary in the United States is $120,000 to $135,000.
