About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building core components that power our two flagship products, driving business growth with both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for delivering robust functionality by addressing all customer concerns and needs, innovating, ideating and evolving current products, and identifying market opportunities for new products.

This is a great opportunity to:

  • Join a High-Impact Team: Be a key contributor in creating and building new product features and roadmap from scratch (0-1) for Archiving and Compliance products.
  • Define and Drive Product Strategy: Gather and refine product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and emerging technology trends, ensuring our platform remains agile and future-ready.
  • Leverage Advanced Technologies: Utilize cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to transform data into actionable insights, enhancing product capabilities and driving competitive advantage.

About the Role Summary

What Youll Bring:

  • Deep Passion for Platform Innovation: A genuine interest in our mission and technologies, with a focus on building B2B/B2C end-user facing products. Degree in engineering and technology is preferred.
  • Proven Product Development Lifecycle Expertise: 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of steering the full product development lifecycle—from defining requirements to aligning engineering execution and ensuring successful delivery for internal stakeholders. Developed skills in AI and research and analysis and applied in a strongly mission-driven business scenario.
  • Customer-Centric Problem Solver: Expertise in effective execution, problem solving, and developing unified products. Technical experience should include translating complex customer needs into scalable solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Communication Excellence: Strong skills in collaborating with engineering, design, and data science teams, prioritizing features and communicating product strategy to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Transforming customer feedback into product: Ability to translate internal and external feedback into enhanced product capabilities, and deliver compelling presentations to drive consensus.

What Youll Do:

  • Build Scalable Solutions: Architect and oversee unified data ingestion, processing, and integration systems across products.
  • User Personas: Understand User Persona and translate insights into actionable product requirements and improvements with strong UI/UX principles.
  • Set Product Strategy: Define and drive the vision for our flagship products, Compliance and Archiving, and manage the roadmap and backlog to scale with evolving market and customer needs.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, and data science to translate customer needs into actionable solutions while prioritizing requirements and resolving conflicts for efficient execution.
  • Communicate Skills and Impact: Articulate strategy and performance to internal and external teams and stakeholders, securing alignment and buy-in.
