Job Duties:

· Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy

· Arrange and organize the sorting of regular and incoming mail, emails, and other documents, ensuring they are distributed to appropriate departments and maintaining smooth internal communication

· Set up and maintain both manual and electronic filing systems for information

· Develop and implement office procedures

· Record and prepare minutes of meetings

· Handle electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages

· Keep track of inventory levels and order office supplies as needed

Job requirements:

· Experience: 1-2 years of related experience is required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
