Overview

Position: Premium Sales Manager

Department: Premium Sales & Service

Reports to: Director, Premium Sales & Service

The Premium Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business opportunities for Canucks Sports & Entertainment by selling multi-year suite and premium club memberships, concert & special event rentals, and CSE’s passport program which includes access to products and services under Canucks Sports & Entertainment and Aquilini Investment Group. The Premium Sales Manager will use opportunities within the community to network and prospect for new business.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sell multi-year suite and premium club memberships for Canucks Sports & Entertainment properties
  • Sell nightly premium rentals for Vancouver Canucks, Vancouver Warriors, and Concerts & special events held at Rogers Arena
  • Lead sales trainings on Premium Sales processes and products for the Membership Sales, Membership Experience, and Vancouver Warriors teams selling out of Rogers Arena
  • Expand knowledge of Passport Program amongst the business community in the greater Vancouver area
  • Attend community networking events in the greater Vancouver area
  • Generate incremental revenue from existing accounts and drive additional leads through relationship building
  • Plan and execute prospective client events throughout the course of the year such as Premium Business Info Sessions and Pre-Game Hosting Events
  • Highly focused on driving new business opportunities for Premium Club spaces added to the arena through capital improvement projects including but not limited to Loge 3, 400-level Club, and renovations to 500-level at Rogers Arena
  • Attend games & events at Rogers Arena to support in game night activities such as suite visits, prospect hosting, and premium benefit fulfillment
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a high energy sales and service environment with emphasis on premium and high value products
  • Functions well in fast-paced environment
  • Action-oriented individual possessing a high degree of initiative and known to have the knack for creating new business opportunities
  • Committed to a vision of service that will thrill fans and provide an ultimate fan experience
  • Exceptional customer service acumen and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle conflicting deadlines and prioritize needs of prospects and clients
  • Extensive computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Archtics, Salesforce CRM, and Ticketmaster technology strongly preferred
