Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical operations with a strong background in electrical, HVAC, and controls.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and MS Office.
• Unrestricted Class 5 driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper maintenance of all building HVAC equipment and systems.
• Operate and maintain the building automation controls system.
• Perform scheduled/preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
