Post Hotel & Spa, located in the Canadian Rockies at Lake Louise, is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour and a range of benefits, including casual dress, company events, discounted or free food, extended health care, on-site parking, paid time off, and store discounts.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishments, leading and mentoring the front-of-house team, and collaborating with various departments to create memorable guest experiences. Key responsibilities include supervising and guiding the front-of-house staff, training and motivating team members, monitoring and maintaining service standards, and assisting in the development and implementation of service standards and protocols.
Requirements for this position include a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and in-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards and culinary trends.
