A leading Canadian recruitment agency is seeking a detail-oriented individual for a data processing role with a major property and casualty insurance provider. The position offers a hybrid work model and requires meticulous data entry for policy migration. Comprehensive training is provided alongside a competitive compensation of $25.64/hour for a contract of up to 12 months, offering a valuable entry into the insurance sector.
We are partnering with a leading Canadian Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance provider to ensure the successful transfer of policy data for up to 12‑month contract.
Location: Waterloo (Westmount Rd S)
Work Model: Hybrid. You will be required to be onsite for up to 3 days per week. A higher onsite presence (closer to 3 days) will be required initially for the 6‑7 weeks of training and critical ramp‑up support. This may reduce as individual performance improves.
Target Start Date: February 9, 2026.
Up to 12‑month contract.
Compensation: $25.64 /hour.
This is an actively recruiting position with existing vacancy available.
Hours: 7.25 hours per day, 36.25 hours per week (includes standard lunch and breaks).
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
This role is highly focused on meticulous data entry and processing within the insurance operations environment.
