• 7+ years of experience in progressive leadership roles within Manufacturing environment required.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food manufacturing.
• Experience leading through change and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coach supervisors and team leaders on production floor.
• Plan production schedules and review plant KPIs.
