Are you a Physiotherapist who thrives in integrative, client-centred care?

Embodied Resilience Wellness Centre has expanded into a holistic wellness clinic integrating mental and physical health—with a strong neurodivergence-affirming focus. We’re looking for a PT who specializes in, or has experience working with, neurodivergent clients (ADHD, autism, AuDHD, etc.) and who is passionate about accessible, inclusive care. Bonus points if you love collaborating with psychotherapists, RMTs, and the odd scheduling curveball life throws at our clients.

Why Join Us?

  • Ground Floor Opportunity– Help build our physiotherapy offering from the ground up as we continue developing a fully integrated wellness clinic. (Your ideas won’t just be heard—you’ll shape the service.)
  • Neurodivergence-Affirming Focus– Join a team that understands sensory needs, executive functioning barriers, and the importance of flexible, strengths-based approaches.
  • Competitive Fee Split– IC model with a generous split.
  • Diversity & Inclusion– We strongly encourage applications from Black, Indigenous, Racialized, Neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalized communities.
  • Collaborative Marketing Support– We ask ICs to contribute4 pieces of social content per month(blog, reel, post, etc.). We’ll help with ideas and cross-promotion—no dancing required… unless you want to.
What We’re Looking For
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
  • Experience and/or strong interest in neurodiversity-affirming care(e.g., sensory-aware treatment rooms, paced sessions, clear visuals/handouts, executive-function-friendly home programs).
  • Holistic, movement-based approach integrating physical and mental health (e.g., pain science education, graded exposure, activity pacing).
  • Comfort collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team(psychotherapy, RMT; additional disciplines coming).
  • Ability to work independently within an IC model, including charting, scheduling preferences, and clinical decision-making.
Nice-to-Haves (not must-haves)
  • Experience in MSK, persistent pain, concussion/vestibular, pelvic health, or pediatrics/transition-age youth.
  • Interest in sensory-friendlyclinic adjustments and executive-function-supportivetreatment planning.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informedand strengths-basedapproaches.
Set-Up & Space

We have a fully set up treatment room ready for physiotherapy. You’re welcome to tour the space and ensure it fits your clinical style (table height included—your back will thank you).
