We\u2019re looking for a Pharmacy Technician. This role works closely with the Head Pharmacist at a mail order pharmacy to assist in filling prescriptions to ship to patients on a daily basis. This is a non-direct patient care role.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting pharmacists in the preparation, dispensing, and management of prescriptions

  • Accurately processing prescriptions in a fast-paced environment

  • Assist in routine maintenance tasks to ensure the pharmacy operates smoothly and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment

  • Support the Head Pharmacist and team with daily operational duties as needed

Qualifications:
  • Completed a Pharmacy Technician Program at an accredited college.

  • Current licensure by the Ontario College of Pharmacists as a Pharmacy Technician and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Works well in a team environment with a good sense of urgency

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a task-oriented approach

  • Good communication skills with coworkers - no direct customer interaction

  • Proficiency in Pharmacy Management Software (PMS)
