  • Assisting patients who are dropping off or picking up prescriptions, including those with complex care needs.
  • Entering prescriptions accurately into patient records.
  • Providing excellent customer service and collaborating with the pharmacist for medication recommendations, selection, or counseling—especially for mental health and addictions therapies.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer use, data entry, and basic math.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Strong motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Why Work With Us?

  • Comprehensive Health & Dental Benefits – Take care of your well-being with full coverage.
  • RRSP Matching – 100% employer contribution of 3% of your annual salary into your RRSP.
  • Wellness Spending Account – $1,500/year for anything that supports your wellness (gym memberships, hotel stays, glasses, massages, flights, pet insurance—you name it!).
  • Annual Company Events
  • Career Growth Opportunities – Expand your expertise in mental health & addictions pharmacy.
