Qualifications

  • First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) level C Certificate.
  • Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 1 year).
  • 2 Steps of Tuberculosis (TB) Test and Immunizations (up to date).
  • Access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Provides personal care to the client.
  • Support client to perform ADL’s including meal preparation, light housekeeping.
  • Assist client in safely ambulating and transferring.
  • Promote client independence and provide emotional support.
  • Communicate clearly and timely with clients and stakeholders.

Work Conditions:
