Overview

Ken Gibb Ltd. is looking for a RIBO licensed Personal Lines Customer Service / Sales Broker in Etobicoke, ON - Hybrid Model

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service across several communication channels to the clients
  • Liaise with clients and insurers on a regular basis, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner
  • Analyze client specific risk exposure and make appropriate coverage recommendations
  • Ability to remarket to various insurers (where appropriate), to ensure coverage and premium needs are met
  • Handle and respond to all incoming phone calls and e-mails from clients and companies
  • Contact customers and obtain any additional information required
  • Knowledge and proficiency within various insurer company portals
  • Review endorsements and renewals
  • Quote products for new and existing customers
  • Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
  • RIBO License - mandatory
  • Minimum 3 years related insurance experience
  • A strong customer service focus
  • Company portal experience an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while multi-tasking
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, yet thrive as part of a team
  • Proficient with Broker Management System - SIG is an asset
  • MS Outlook, Word and Excel experience is an asset
  • CAIB, CIP or FCIP designation (or working towards) is an asset
Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
