We are looking for a Personal Insurance Advisor to join BrokerLink at our Flin Flon, Manitoba branch on a Permanent (FT) basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with ongoing needs, advise on insurance matters, conduct needs assessments, recommend solutions, answer inquiries, conduct care calls, and process renewals
• Sell new policies and retain existing client book
• Handle MPI Motor Vehicle & Driver License issuing
• Coordinate with underwriters and adjusters regarding policies
• Prepare documentation, complete applications, issue certificates, process changes, and review renewals
• Manage customer payments, deposits, and petty cash
• Stay current with underwriting rules and workflows
• Participate in training initiatives
• Engage in community marketing activities

Candidate Requirements:

• High School or Post-Secondary education; equivalent skills considered
• Previous insurance experience preferred but not mandatory
• Valid insurance license for the province or willingness to obtain one
• Experience with Epic is an asset
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
