Insight Global is looking for Payroll Technician Specialists to join a large HCM client on a permanent basis in Mexico. In this role the candidate will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the payroll cycle are processed, reconciled, audited of outputs and transmitted accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all aspects of the payroll cycle are processed, reconciled, audited of outputs, and transmitted accurately and timely.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in Payroll support or processing
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Experience in customer support roles and client oriented positions
  • Fluency in English & Spanish (oral and written)
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel for reporting, Outlook)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
  • CIPP Certified / Native Payroll certified
  • Experience in both payroll processing and support
  • Experience creating reports in Power BI
  • Experience with macros in Excel

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
