In this role, you’ll take ownership offull-cycle payroll and benefits administrationand play a key part in supporting employees through onboarding and offboarding processes. Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Managefull-cycle payrollandbenefits administrationas the sole payroll lead, usingUKG.
  • Supportonboarding and offboarding, ensuring accurate payroll and benefits setup and removal.
  • Maintain and optimize theUKG system, identifying opportunities for improved reporting and functionality.
  • Prepare and analyze reports usingadvanced Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, conditional formatting, and basic Macros.
  • Generate regular payroll reports and support audits through accurate documentation and compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with HR and report directly tothe Director of HR, providing payroll expertise and process improvements.

Education:

  • Completion of thePCP designation, or active enrollment in the program, is required.
  • Post-secondary educationin a related field is considered an asset.

Experience:

  • Minimum2 years of experiencein payroll and benefits administration or coordination is required.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Base Salary:$55,000 – 60,000 per year

  • Salary based on experience.
  • Full benefits package included.

Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
