The Church

Danforth Community Chapel is a non-denominational church located in a rural setting in east central Minnesota. We are seeking a full-time Pastor who will preach expository, Christ-centered sermons and help our church body grow. We celebrated our 100 th year in ministry in 2016 and have a history of mission’s involvement and a congregation that is committed to maturing in Christ. Our Sunday morning attendance typically ranges between 40-70.

We are an elder board lead congregation, with the Pastor having the leadership role for speaking and teaching within that context. Our elder board consists of men who lead in worship as well as sharing the teaching ministry to the congregation. Other elected positions and open committees that are actively helping the elder board include a Sunday School Superintendent, Missions/Outreach Committee as well as a Hospitality Committee.

Our church is very involved in a local Bible Camp Ministry year-round and have active members in a local Christian School.
