Job summary

A leading distributor of magazines in Canada is seeking an in-store magazine merchandiser for a part-time position in Gatineau, QC. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include ensuring merchandise displays are accurate, re-ordering stock as needed, and maintaining a tidy work area. Candidates should have their own transportation and access to a smartphone and internet. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow planograms and ensure merchandise displays are accurate and appealing.
• Ensures promotional set-ups and proper signage are implemented in a timely manner.
• Re-orders stock where appropriate.
• Ensure work area is kept tidy and organized.
• Work under the guidance of the Merchandising Supervisor.
• Other duties as required.

Opening

We have 1 opening in Gatineau, QC (2.0 hours/week on Wednesday) for in-store magazine merchandiser. No deliveries required; training will be provided. If you are reliable and able to work independently this could be the job for you! You must have access to a smartphone, internet and have your own transportation, should you not live in Ottawa.

Duties

• Follow planograms and ensure merchandise displays are accurate and appeasing
• Ensures promotional set-ups and proper signage are implemented within a timely manner to company standard
• Re-orders stock where appropriate
• Ensure your work area is kept tidy and organized
• Works under the guidance and takes direction from the Merchandising Supervisor
• Other duties as required
