The role requires exceptional customer service skills and strong mathematical capabilities. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a Smart Serve certification, along with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position ensures a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and guests while adhering to safety protocols.
This position is responsible for the counting and movement of cash assets from the gaming floor. Under the supervision of the Operations Manager or Count Supervisor, this role contributes to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees. It ensures adherence to all policies and procedures and positively contributes to an entrepreneurial culture that is nimble, energized, growth‑oriented, and self‑motivated. The role aligns with and promotes Shorelines Casinos culture and philosophy of creating a great, memorable experience for guests and colleagues.
Regular casino, standing or walking for long periods of time, some exposure to noise and conflict, and non‑traditional work hours.
